Covid-19 Information & Guidelines

We take the health of our Customers and staff very seriously and ensure we take every step possible in the fight against Covid-19 for our holiday lets.

Cleaning

We have undertaken a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and have a vigorous cleaning schedule in place.  Please rest assured everything in the property will be sanitised prior to your arrival.

We have invested in fogging equipment to treat the property on every guest’s departure and strictly follow our detailed cleaning schedule.  There will be a completed cleaning checklist left in the property to confirm all cleaning has been completed.

All our staff are supplied with the appropriate PPE and must pass ‘fit for work’ before a clean can commence.

To comply with Scottish Government guidelines, we have removed some items to help stop the spread of Covid-19, such as some soft furnishings in the living area and the bedrooms.  The hair dryer has also been removed (please do not forget to pack your own if required).

Arrival

On arrival it will be a contactless check-in. The key will be fully sanitised and I will advise you where it will be located prior to arrival.
